Suggested Directions For Visual Meditation Using Geiss Color Organ Software More Complete Instructions
After you finish your prayer, we will want you to lay down flat on your back with your arms at your side (palms up). But before you lay down, start playing the music which you queued up from your CD or Cassette. Back To
Enrollment Page After You've Started The Music And Have Laid Down... Breathe deeply and slowly through your nose. Please, close your eyes. Concentrate your mind on the point between your eyes just above your eyebrows and internally repeat the words, "I Am That I Am" over and over, silently, without moving your lips. At this point, you will enter your meditation. Remain still and let the music carry you to a peaceful place. Repeat this program once a day for 25 to 30 minutes. Early mornings are best. In time, your meditation may extend past 30 minutes. Please remember that meditation is a practice and that with practice you will become better at it. Just as with lawyers who practice law, your practice will improve with time. With meditation, the benefit you gain accumulates over time. Like interest on your money at the bank, meditation increases your inner treasure by making you able to receive an ever-increased amount of heavenly vibrations which are stored and accumulated in your soul. As Jesus said, "The Kingdom is within." So, please be patient and consistent and let the Kingdom unfold inside of you. Through prayer and meditation we gain a new state of being which is peaceful and beautiful. In this new state of being, we are then able to share good vibrations with each other and then cause the good vibrations we receive to spread all over the Earth.
To Conduct A Visualization Meditation First start the Geiss
Color Organ, start Dolphin Meditation, then follow the general directions above,
except that you will be sitting up straight in your chair watching the special effects on
your computer screen, with your hands folded comfortably in your lap as you listen to the
music. If you're at work, use headphones. Back To
