"The things we want to hear are usually the things that take us to a galaxy far, far away from God, family, friends and co-workers - inside our own 'eeenyverse.'The things we don't want to hear are usually the things that, if we listen to them, will take us very close to God.
Our perception of what is good to listen to is mostly based on what feels good to the senses, the ego, the mind, the body, the emotions, the sex drive and the food appetite.
Rarely do we give an open ear with an open heart to information which is good for our soul's evolvement. We are mostly creatures of flesh possession with little or no interest in the needs of the soul.
Just remember that the needs of the soul require depriving the ego, the mind, the emotions and the senses of their fun fest. But, and this is a big but - When we deprive them (ego, mind, emotions, et. al.) of their rulership over our life, we automatically enter into a warp drive stream of good vibes which speeds us closer and closer to God. And the closer we get to God, the better we feel.
Goodness and mercy will find you and chase you for the rest of your life!!! :-)

You are transitioning into a new state of being. You have to give up something. When you do, things will begin to smooth out for you. Whatever happened before is not part of your now except when you carry it with you through your self-service "baggage" department.
Please make an effort to relax - not in thought or speech, but inwardly. Take some time to meditate and pray for your new self's emergence now. You must go through the storm and get to the place where you become the calm at the eye of the storm.
The troubles may not go away. What changes is that you will stop misidentifying your self as being the trouble. You are not the trouble, you are a drop of ocean from the Ocean of God. Take the opportunity of your current need and use it to re-identify your self with the Source of all Abundance and then let (allow) Abundance to flow to you. You're in the way! No matter how things may seem, there is always more abundance than there is lack.
Trust your faith to empower you in your new path. Your path is one of attraction through calm centeredness. No more worry! Worry only dispels the blessings which are headed towards you right now.
You have to be more receptive if you want to receive. Don't be a gloom-monger. Such a state of being announces to the universe that you do not want to receive your blessings and that you instead prefer to suffer the fate of some self-fulfilling prophecy.
Your destiny is one of calm centeredness wherein you become a magnet attracting good things. You will then share what you receive with everyone in your path as you shower blessings upon people like the moon sharing her glow.
No fear burgers, no worry burgers, no gloom burgers, no desperation burgers, no pity burgers!
You are not a cripple. You do not have to depend on certain people to love you. You have the ability to directly access love from the Source of Love! Why go to a rusty, broken faucet when you can draw from the main River of Love?
Your place in life is very beautiful! Once you go inward instead of trying to make others (external) validate and substantiate who you are inside, you will begin to see your life blossom in the fullest and richest way. The ones you see with your eyes don't love you like you want to be loved. The ones you can't see with your eyes love you in a way that will cause your cup to run over. God has the bird's eye view of the entire Universe and through our attunement to His Spirit, we can be guided through the thickest of fogs, the darkest of nights and beyond the most bewitched of circumstances.
What difference does it make whether a person knows or admits that they are confused or confounded? They still end up going in the wrong direction.
Trusting our thoughts and our feelings to chart our course of conduct, is like trusting kerosene to hang out with fire. We end up spoiled, foiled, rotten, burned out and burned up in the fire of unfulfilled dreams and bitter disappointment.
The matrix of illusion can and should dis-illusion us from the pre-programmed auto-reaction fantasy expectation mode of life. Disappointment breaks the spell of the illusion and we are then set free to pursue our destiny instead of suffering the cruel fate planned for us by the anti-self.
But what do we do instead of getting on to what's next in our unfoldment? We squirm in the agony loop and then say that the squirming is somehow our best effort towards working on letting go of the original root cause of the suffering.
And what is the original cause of the suffering? The original cause of the suffering is false perception. The false perception is the idea that the fulfillment of selfish expectations which we impose on others is somehow the highway to happiness.
A swift or powerful fool who perceives reality as "gratisfaction" - only creates more harm, faster than a speeding bullet - while not paying any attention to the result of their efforts.
If a blind man jumps over the edge of a cliff he cannot instruct the rocks below to not break his bones, just because he didn't see the rocks before he jumped.
When rocks and bones meet with speed and fall, the rocks cannot save the bones just because the bones jumped while in a witless stupor.
Gravity and the lack of inner vision cause the strongest of beings to receive a free facial all along the walls of the canyon of despair as the person makes a brilliant, if not desperate attempt to hang on to their soul and their sanity with no handles.
As brilliant as the effort may be, rocks and bones, speed and fall do not mix well. And who hits the rocks yet survives to tell?
Only God can pull us off of the treadmill of illusion and place our feet firmly on the path of resolution.
If you leave Los Angeles and head towards South America, you will never reach your vacation in Hawaii unless you actually head towards it.
Moving in the wrong direction, seeking an erroneous short cut to life, always leads us and leaves us on the wrong side of town, inside and out.
Just because we are moving doesn't mean it's in the right direction. He who says that the process of looping back to the same chaos is progress, only proves the error of perception. The perfect circle loop activity confounds most into believing that churning old foam can only produce pure frothing bliss. Foam churners usually end up in the trash and debris of life.
So where's the bliss? Is this where ignorance comes in and makes nasty foam taste like a malt?
Perception without wisdom is nothing more than deception.
